  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1/2 Cup sugar free tomato sauce
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Small onion
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • Chili powder to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lettuce
  • Pico de gallo
  • 2 Avocados or guacamole
  • Cheese
  • Sour cream

  1. Stir fry the ground meat in a hot pan, once it's completely cooked remove it from the heat and set it aside while we prepare the other ingredients.
  2. Str fry the minced garlic, remember that garlic burns easily so keep an eye on it.
  3. Add the onion and stir fry it.
  4. Once the onion is translucent and golden brown add the beef back to the pan.
  5. Add the tomato and cook for about 5 minutes and then add the tomato sauce.
  6. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder to taste. Mix well so the seasons get evenly distributed.
  7. To make the bowl put some lettuce, half an avocado or some guacamole, the beef stir fry, pico de gallo, cheese and sour cream
