- 500 g ground beef
- 1/2 Cup sugar free tomato sauce
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Small onion
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- Chili powder to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lettuce
- Pico de gallo
- 2 Avocados or guacamole
- Cheese
- Sour cream
- Stir fry the ground meat in a hot pan, once it's completely cooked remove it from the heat and set it aside while we prepare the other ingredients.
- Str fry the minced garlic, remember that garlic burns easily so keep an eye on it.
- Add the onion and stir fry it.
- Once the onion is translucent and golden brown add the beef back to the pan.
- Add the tomato and cook for about 5 minutes and then add the tomato sauce.
- Season with salt, pepper and chili powder to taste. Mix well so the seasons get evenly distributed.
- To make the bowl put some lettuce, half an avocado or some guacamole, the beef stir fry, pico de gallo, cheese and sour cream
