Microwave coconut flour keto bread
This keto bread is super easy to make, you just need four ingredients and two minutes to make it.

- 4 tsp of coconut flour
- 1 tbsp or 14 grams of butter
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Melt the butter in a cup
- Once it's melted add the egg and mix it well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients: coconut flour, baking powder and salt.
- Cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
- Using a knife loose the bread from the cup and serve, you can toast it if you like
