Thai keto red curry
Red curry is my favorite Thai curry, as all other Thai curries it's full of flavor but this is the most spicy one. Perfect for the keto diet since it uses coconut milk to make the curry.
A few weeks ago I shared the Thai keto yellow curry recipe and this week is the time for red curry! I don't have much to say about curries since I said everything here: Thai keto yellow curry.

- 250 g beef
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1-2 Tbsp red curry paste
- 1/2 Small red bell pepper
- 1 Cup broccoli
- Sweetener to taste
- 1/2 chicken stock cube
- Let's start by cutting the meat into bite size pieces.
- In a pot place about a fourth of a can of coconut milk.
- Once it boils add the red curry paste and mix it together to get a paste.
- Now add the meat and stir fry it with the paste at high heat.
- Once the meat is sealed add the remaining coconut milk from the can and mix well.
- Also add a little piece of chicken stock to give more flavor to the soup.
- Add the broccoli and reduce the heat to medium until the broccoli is lightly cooked.
- Once the broccoli is ready add the red bell pepper and cook at high heat until the pepper is soft.
- Finally add the fish sauce, I usually add a couple of tablespoons, but you can add more or less depending on your preferences.
- Adjust the sweetness to your taste going little by little until you get the perfect flavor.
